Refund policy

ORDER PROCESSING: The Baker's Bow-tique strives to package and ship your orders out as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track your package.

SHIPPING: The Baker's Bow-tique ships using USPS Priority Shipping. Each order comes with up to $50 in insurance in case your order is received damaged. If this happens, please contact us right away with proof of the damage and an insurance claim will be filed with USPS. Refund from USPS will take between 7-10 business days.

LOST ORDERS: Please note that The Baker's Bow-tique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have checked your tracking information and it states that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please call or visit your local post office. Once your order has been dropped off at the post office, The Baker's Bow-tique no longer has control of your package. It is now in the hands of USPS and that matter will need to be handled with them. Please note that no refunds will be issued if package has not been recovered but we will work with the customer in every way possible to help recover the lost package. Furthermore, if you provided an incorrect address for your order, we cannot be held responsible.

RETURNS: Please note that all sales are final. All products sold at The Baker's Bow-tique are items related to food and therefore cannot be returned. If you have any questions regarding size and measurements, please ask before completing your purchase. If you have received an incorrect item, please kindly take a photo and send an email to thebakersbowtique@gmail.com as soon as possible. Upon verification, the correct item will be shipped out to you.
