You probably have the one (or a few) original SweetStamp letter sets, that allows you to emboss beautiful, personalized messaging on your cake projects. The OUTboss letter set range allows you to create epic 3D raised personalized messaging on all your cake projects - how cool! 

The OUTboss Frosting Letter set is one of SweetStamp's most popular lettering sets, but instead of embossed messaging, it leaves a 3D raised design. This set has 3 techniques in one.
  • Keep it basic with a simple OUTboss stamp and simply press your messaging into your fondant for a 3D design.
  • Or why not try the viral 2-tone effect which you can press in different colored fondant to the stamp and transfer that onto another piece on fondant to make your messaging pop!
  • You can also create cut out messaging which can add beautiful details on your bakes.

Technique 1:

1. Roll your Fondant approx. 3mm thick 
2. Remove letters from the tray and arrange as desired. Press the PickUpPad® on top of the letters/numbers. The letters will stick to the PickUpPad®. If you need to use the same letter twice, simply measure the gap and apply it individually by hand afterwards or by using the PickUpPad®.
3. Press the letters onto fondant, applying an even pressure. Embossing the letters can be done on a flat surface or on the side of a cake.
4. Lift up the PickUpPad® to reveal the design.
5. Paint or leave unpainted as desired.

Technique 2:

1. Roll fondant approx. 1mm thin
2. Remove letters from the tray and arrange as desired. Press the PickUp Pad® on top of the letters/numbers. The letters will stick to the PickUp Pad®. If you need to use the same letter twice, simply measure the gap and apply it individually by hand after or using the PickUp Pad®.
3.  Dust a small amount of corn flour into the letters and remove any excess corn flour.
4. Press the letters onto fondant, applying an even amount of pressure. Ensure the fondant is stuck in the letters & remove any excess fondant.
5. Using the 2-tone scraper pad, rub the letters against this to remove any excess fondant.
6. Roll out different colored fondant to approx. 3mm thick.
7. Place PickUpPad® with letters and fondant onto this piece of fondant and apply pressure.
8.  Lift up the PickUpPad® to reveal the design.
9.  Paint or leave unpainted as desired.

Technique 3:

1. Roll fondant approx. 1mm thin
2. Remove letters from the tray and arrange as desired. Press the tacky part of the PickUp Pad® on top of the letters/numbers. The letters will stick to the PickUp Pad®. If you need to use the same letter twice, simply measure the gap and apply it individually by hand after or using the PickUp Pad®.
3.  Dust a small amount of corn flour into the letters and remove any excess corn flour.
4. Press the letters onto fondant, applying an even amount of pressure. Ensure the fondant is stuck in the letters and remove any excess fondant.
5. Using the 2-tone scraper pad, rub the letters against this to remove any excess fondant.
6. gently remove single letter with a scribe tool.
7. Attach to your treats as desired using SweetStamp edible glue.
