Using SWEETSTAMP couldn't be easier. Here's how:

• The Pickup Pad is optional. You can pick and press each letter individually, but the Pickup Pad* ensures an even emboss and more control over placement, especially on the sides of your cakes. 
• The color-coded sets come in a handy storage tray (pictured), so you can keep track of your letters easily. All letters are laid out in alphabetical order and in the direction in which they are to be embossed, meaning choosing your lettering is quick and easy.
• If you need to use the same letter twice, simply measure the gap and apply it individually by hand afterwards or by using the PickUp Pad. Some of the small and medium sets contain extra regularly used lowercase letters.
• To remove the letters from the tray, make a ball of fondant tacky and use it to pull the letters out. Another option to remove the letters is to use a scribe to gently release them, but do not force the letters using this method. 
• It is recommended that you lightly emboss your letters, the deeper the emboss the harder it is to paint them. If you wish to emboss deeper you can fill your letters with Pixie Pearls, Non-Toxic and Edible Glitter, Royal icing, piping gel, airbrush or sprinkles.
• When painting the letters, you can use the SweetStamp Professional Brush Duo, or paintbrushes with a similar quality standard and size. Take your time painting in your letters, it's one of the more enjoyable tasks in cake decorating.
